Secure Booking, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge. Debit cards do not carry a surcharge.
All prices are exclusive of the 20% VAT.
Our after-hours service operates between 1 and 7 a.m. Between these hours, an additional 25% surcharge will apply.
Additional fees may apply for parking and wait times.
Your credit card statement will show a charge to HPS Transport LTD.
All quotes are not fixed prices, but only an estimate and do not include any additional waiting time applied during unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays.
Cancelations
All quotes are estimates rather than fixed prices, and do not cover any additional waiting time incurred due to unforeseen situations such as traffic delays.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
If the Customer cancels a booking within 48 hours of the start of the period of hire, 50% of all payments are non-refundable.
If the Customer cancels a booking within 24 hours of the start of the period of hire, 100% of all payments are non-refundable.
If the Customer cancels multiple vehicle bookings within 7 days of the start of the hire period, 100% of all monies paid are non-refundable.
